Memory Grid

This Privacy Policy explains what information Memory Grid ("the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Memory Grid is published by N-Sare Smart Solutions Inc.

Playing without an account

You do not need to create an account to play. Tap "Play as Guest" to access all core gameplay, including every difficulty level. Guest play uses an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and does not collect any personal information.

Information we collect

If you choose to create an account, we collect:

An email address and password (used only for authentication), or a sign-in identifier if you use guest/anonymous sign-in
Your in-game score history and leaderboard ranking
Basic gameplay data needed to run real-time multiplayer matches (for example, match results)

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device advertising identifier. Memory Grid does not show third-party ads and does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

To let you sign in and keep your progress across devices
To operate the global leaderboard and real-time multiplayer matches
To respond to support requests you send us

Where your data is stored

Account and gameplay data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database), a third-party cloud infrastructure provider. Firebase processes data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

Data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app: open Settings from the home screen and tap "Delete Account." You can also request deletion by emailing ilyalcin@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

Memory Grid is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above (an email address, only if an account is created).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
